Throughout my tenure, I have participated in initiatives focused on CT workflow optimization, onboarding and competency development, patient safety, operational efficiency, and staff readiness. I have helped develop onboarding frameworks, competency-based training resources, and quality improvement strategies designed to enhance technologist confidence, improve consistency, and support safe patient care. These experiences have strengthened my skills in leadership, change management, collaboration, and organizational improvement while contributing to Duke Health Imaging Services' mission of delivering outstanding imaging care to the patients and communities we serve.
